All orders will be shipped within two business days after payment is received.
Kyezi uses USPS First Class mail for most of its orders, so it takes about one to three business days after products have been shipped.
Returns are accepted for unused and unopened items within 14 days of purchase. Items that haven’t been used and are still in their original forms will receive a full refund minus shipping charges. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to mail the items back to Kyezi.
